In the wake of the current Covid-19 pandemic and in response to the “Safer at Home” orders from WI Governor Tony Evers and the “Stay at Home” orders from MI Governor Gretchen Whitmer, it is necessary that Stop’s Heating and Cooling provide ONLY emergency service within the state of MI at this time.

Although we are considered an “Essential Business”, the state of MI has informed us that “essential services” are those proving to be crucial to the person living on the property at the time the service is needed. These services include: no heat or hot water; gas and CO leaks and the installation of parts to ensure that HVAC equipment runs safely.

Because the health and safety of our clients and employees is of the utmost importance to us, we do not take this temporary setback lightly. However, we also want to ensure that all guidelines and proper protocols are followed to enable everyone to receive the services they need, but in a safe and secure manner.

For our customers in WI, as of now, we will continue to service your HVAC needs as we always have. Keep in mind, this may change, as we are informed of any restrictions from the state mandate OR at our own personal discretion. We will contact you with these changes if they occur.
